"Me and my girlfriend went to eat here. And we were blown away by the experience. Everything was perfect. We had Carolyn H as our server and she was definitely one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed our dinner. Definitely made our night and we’ll be coming back to eat here again."

"This outback steakhouse used to be pretty good. It's gone way downhill. For starters, our waiter was incredibly slow and forgetful. It was a Sunday night, and barely anyone was there, so it didn't really make sense why the service was bad. I ordered the ribs, and for how much they charge they're really not that good. I'd prefer the ribs from chili's or rainforest Cafe instead. Our food felt and looked like it had just been sitting the back for a while. Maybe if the manager was on top of her employees instead of sitting in the booth with customers, our experience would have been better. They were playing great music though. This place used to be so much better. Rating 4.4/10"

"Went on a Friday night for dinner for the first time in years, which I get it’s a busy night but wow the service was extremely slow. Took 20 min to get a drink & maybe 30 for a refill. I got a big chicken Caesar salad, it was okay. Husband got the chicken fried steak which had a fishy taste to it. Food took about an hour, which was a salad & the steak CF steak."

"I don't review restaurants many times, because I'm normally satisfied with their service and food, but today I decided to go to Outback on Bay area Blvd with my family and the truth is that it didn't meet our expectations. Our entree was some shrimp and maccaroni bites. The shrimp were extremely greasy and their coating, instead of being crispy, was watery. My main dish was an 8oz sirloin combo with shrimp, a baked potato and seasonal rice, I ordered the meat finished medium, and the meat came more cooked and drier than a well done. hard and dry. Without juices, what bothered me the most was the smell of the outer layer. It smelled like a burnt and dirty iron plate. The baked potato tasted great. I can not deny it. The light layer of salt on the outside of the potato shell is a very pleasant touch to the palate. But when I cut the potato I realized that the sour cream was very little in relation to the size of the potato. A deeper cut and generous dressing would be perfect. My wife ordered a potato soup, and she liked it. For the main course she ordered a sirloin combo with ribs. the term medium rare. The sirloin arrived pink and cooked in the center. very far from a medium rare term. He also complained about the smell of the meat. It smelled like it was cooked on some very used iron plate without cleaning. It smelled burnt instead of the rich aroma of fresh meat on a clean iron plate or grill. The attention was excellent. That's why our tip according to the service. Every weekend we visit a different restaurant. but Outback I don't think it would be a good idea to repeat. The same type of meal including 3 glasses of wine and 1 similar desert at Longhorn we paid $119 last week excluding tip and taxes. and the truth is that we enjoy meat. Longhorn smelled delicious from the parking lot."
