"As soon as you walk in you can tell the girls there look miserable! They look upset, tired and have the worst attitude for no reason! You can really tell they hate working there. Customer service used to be mediocre and tolerable now it’s hit rock bottom smh, short brief answers with eye rolls is all the customer service you get! Don’t believe me? Go in and experience it yourself, buyer beware! The reviews don’t lie!"

"The teens and young adults working here need to quit or management needs to fire most of the employees here. They are making a mess of this business! Systems were down 1/5/24 so we were not able to purchase anything since I did not have cash. I asked if they could hold my items until tomorrow 1/6/24 and was told that they could and would which was the least they could do for the inconvenience (I understand that the internet issue was not their fault). I left my name and number in good faith- Unfortunately today 1/6/24 at 2:50 pm my hold was put away without them calling me to check if I was coming for my clothes?!"

"Amazing workers Amazing prices and excellent quality brands. The store manage and his staff are great employees. We love ❤️ them as a family they are all very caring and kind n professional. My husband enjoy looking in the store. We just shop at Nordstrom in California. Once we found this store I come every time. Have safe so much money. I love the store so much I trying to fit on the kids shoes self. Love the people's and t g e sales."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. They are absolutely awful. First off, they misinform you over the phone on what the actual rules are. The staff is rude. I brought in close to 200 pieces of clothes most were barely worn or never worn, almost all namebrand, they gave me $12, and only took a few pieces. The worst part is, I can tell that they didn’t even go through one of the bins that I brought. The things were still folded exactly as I folded them, and things were paired together exactly how I had paired them even though they didn’t go together(that’s how I know). This was such a waste of my time. Do not go here!"

"I'm not sure why Once Upon a Child gets such bad reviews at every location I've been. Being able to get a closet full of baby clothes for $1.50 per onesie is awesome. Buying a ton of new baby clothes is absolutely useless being they will outgrow everything so fast. Having a place that sells clothes for the price they do is really great. I've been to a few locations across the US and I have no problem going back again when my son outgrows what we recently got him."
