"Very disappointed by cleanliness. Yes its children place its might get little dirty. But, Jesus. After playing may be 3 minutes on that filthy toddler play area. I pulled my son immediately and let them know its filthy on every corner, on the way, bugs, dirt pile and used straws. They said no refund policy. I respect that. But please add one policy. Cleaning every day for our kids. And don’t ruin such a great place. Manager told me he will give me free play pass next time. I told them I won’t come back. I let my $43 go waste. I really like everything there but literally view able stains and dirt. Come you can’t be proud of that. If you have kids. Its weird google don’t have negetive start."

"We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there. The girls had a lot of fun, pizza and fries were tasty, chicken tenders were delicious, which is great, because you can’t take food from outside, and it’s very important that the food served in their venue is decent and nothing frustrates the guests. What I was really upset about is that they don’t have mother’s/family room where I could nurse my youngest. They offered me to nurse in the restroom which I obviously refused. They said they normally offer one of their private rooms but according to them, they all were booked at the time. However, a lot of rooms were empty for the next few hours. I just wish they let me use one of those empty rooms for 20 minutes"

"I love urban air so much because urban air has always been so fun for me and I’ve been going here ever since I was seven years old. I would always beg my parents to bring me to urban air. They never always would but I drive myself with my friends now leave a blast every time we make sure to spend a lot of money. I love her by membership come here to urban air."

"There aren’t many places I can take my 5 yr old son & 13 yr old daughter where they both have fun. Urban Air is one of them. Love being able to come here and let them be active in a fun way."

"This place is the best place for kids. Especially for kids between the ages of 5-16. They have tons to do and they have stuff for the younger children but not all younger children might do it, just because it can be intimidating. Climbing, race track, sky rider, ropes course, battle beam, tubes indoor playground and trampolines. I feel like for the price the ultimate attractions pass is worth it, but if you have smaller children then the basic or deluxe attraction might be better. They have a food court but the food, is just your basic kids picks nothing over the top. Your not sopossed to bring in drinks but I have for my daughter. Everything is a reasonable price and the service is good. No complaints, even when I had trouble they were able to help. I would definitely recommend for birthday party's, a group of kids, or just taking your child out for a full day of fun. They'll enjoy and definitely knock out in the car afterwards."
