"They charge what they want despite what the sticker says. I was charged 14.99 for something that was clearly marked 9.99. The young guy at the register checked the price and refused to honor it until I made a scene. The manager wouldn’t even come to the register. This is the second time this had happened. I will NEVER go to this place again! Oh yeah and they’re racist!"

"First time at beauty store, super nice and big you can literally find everything beauty! Prices on some items are slightly higher than other beauty supply.Happy with my purchase. Then Cashier Hispanic lady was rude and very nonchalant to me and several others and just ruined the experience. Hispanic young man was nice and just to do his best. Won’t be returning but wish them the best ! Customer service is super important"

"This place is TERRIBLY OVERPRICED and their hair appliances are TRASH! I bought a flat iron and had to return it because it didn't work. I exchanged it for a different one, yet and still, it didn't work. With my receipt, I requested to return it or even just purchase something else; they declined. The clerk plugged the iron up herself and saw that it didn't cut on and refused to take it back. Money wasted!! They'd get no stars if it were an option."

"I’ve been going to this beauty supply since they opened in Humble. However today I purchased some edge control, the same one I’ve been buying and I get ready to do my hair and open it, to my surprise.. Someone had already opened it and stuck their fingers in it. It’s a shame that an individual would do this, instead of asking if they have any samples product. From here on out, ill be checking the product before I leave the store, because some customers are just a hot ghetto mess."

"If you are going to shop here then make sure you check your items are priced correctly as they scan and BEFORE you pay. The manager is not willing to own up to his cashiers mistakes after payment is made. I had to fight to get MY moms money back on items she did NOT buy. He really needs to take a customer service course."
