"I always frequent this beauty supply location. I purchased two bags of hair, I didn't pay attention to the fact that they were both different types and lengths and different textures of hair. I came to exchange, and she accused me of opening and using the hair!! I told her I purchased this hair like that ma'am and I have no reason to tell the untruth. She pulled the camera and everything to prove that the hair was not open, and she still was unsuccessful of proving she was wrong. I hate to be accused of a liar or a theft, I gave her the receipt to even prove I purchased the hair. Then they have the audacity to have gospel music blasting in the store!! I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER give them my business or a dime of my HONEST hard working money!! Don't stereotype me with others!! I'm honest and pay for whatever I want you EVIL money hungry lady!! You've lost a customer, and I mean a customer that came in your store spending hundreds of dollars. I left one thing out in this review that's really important. The hair that I purchased was behind the counter. I was given this hair by the nasty attitude lady that I assume owns this rude establishment. She told me I put a rubber ban on the hair, and this hair doesn't come with a rubber band wrapped around the bundles. Finally, after I refused to leave without getting what I honestly paid for, I WAS GIVEN two more with rubber bands( the same lady). She gave me incorrect bundles from the start (a loose wave and deep wave), then gave me a horrible time. I'm still upset over this matter. YOU SHOULD RESPOND TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, THAT YOU HAVE WRONGED, NOT JUST ONE!"

"Warning: Shop around or ONLINE first!! Pros: 1. decent selection of all types of hair and hair products 2 . store is big and the aisles are not so crowded with merchandise on CONS: EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!! Shop online with other vendors. This place has ridiculously high prices. What's $51.00/bag online is $73.00/ bag here!!"

"Love the beautiful wigs, and they were for reasonable prices! Loved the customer service they gave me, they helped me with everything I needed to know about wearing a wig. Definitely recommend this place!"

"If i could give no stars I would. If you do NOT want to be racially discriminated against, DO NOT COME HERE. The man in the front is VERY rude, he will have employees follow you around the store, and they will not give fast service. Your better off spending your money somewhere else I PROMISE."

"Just left there had to return and of this isn’t highway robbery they come from a different country and try to rule how they choose. The attitude from the I guess owner looking all nasty face was so rude and unprofessional. As a business owner myself my #1 rule is treat people how you want treatment. I was raised old school and this just took the cake for me I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere for bad service like that. He is so rude and don’t appreciate the value women see in themselves. Never again I preferred the beauty supply by Sam club anyways more items to choose from bright clean and friendly. You should try them out the variety of products and hair they have stacked to the ceiling love it."
