"I've lived across from this location for 4.5 years and have only been in once. Well the other day I went in looking for a particular item. Walked in, no acknowledgment..I believe the employee was on her Bluetooth. I walked each isle because I was also looking at new items. The employee would look over at me BUT not once asked if I needed help. A lady walked in with kids, checked out and left. I made it to the final isle, assuming I wouldn't find what I came for. The female employee walked over to the isle where I was & spoke to me for the first time..her words to me were 'ma'am we close in 4 minutes'. I politely walked out and I'm thinking it'll be another few years before I visit THAT location again. Smh."

"I love this Sally Store, the manager, Kristiana is very knowledgable and is always most helpful for all my hair care and other needs. I can count her every time. She helped me find products I wanted and ones I didn't know I needed, her personality is contagious shes awesome!!!! All of the employees are very helpful as well especially Luna, always going above and beyond with providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location."

"I just went into Sally’s on 1960 in humble . After making my selections and placed there on the counter. One of the ladies total my items the told me they are only taking cash exact change or card only. There was not a sign indicating that fact until after I I got in my car to leave the store. A young lady with real short hair placed a sign in the door window. I did not make a purchase,and should not be forced too use my card my not have Change in the store for a $20.00 dollar bill ?"

"I came into the store with brassy roots and asked for a suggestion from someone that works there of what products to use to get the brassiness out and it did absolutely nothing but turn my hair more orange! When I went to return other products that I had purchased for my mother because she didn’t want the same thing to happen to her, the cashier which I believe is the manager of the store was very rude and defending the worker who gave me the wrong products to use and basically said that it was my fault. Of course, I am aware that doing your own hair is a risk if you are not a professional, but I at least was expecting Some form of customer service that would make me feel better about coming to the store again but what I got was the complete opposite. I do not recommend this store of rudeness."
