"The cashier was new and wasn't being trained properly. The lady that was there was told, by me, that he needed help. Instead of helping him, she opened another lane. She checked out 5 people before he finished my transaction, and 2 had more than I had."

"Well, I work at this dollar tree as a cashier , a customer lost her phone and asked me if I seen it or if anyone turned a phone in.. I said "no ma'am I have not seen your phone" then she said, " oh it's not my phone, it's my friend's phone.." First off your friend aka the owner of the phone should be looking for the phone, second off Dollar Tree should not be responsible for customers belongings like your wallet, keys, purse, phone, etc. So they left and had left a handheld basket filled with Dollar Tree items behind register 1 on top of some boxes. I asked the manager where did this basket come from? Manager told me ,"I don't know?" So I put the handheld basket next to me so I could put them away back where they go ..and guess what the phone that was missing started to ring and it was in the handheld basket, the owners friend started running to the register and grabbed it from my hands and ran out, they thought that I stole it and blamed ME! The owner of the phone threatened me that she was going to beat me up! So now, When I come to work I am going to be prepared! So, watch out.."
