"Update to their reply 2/26/24- The customer service number literally told me they can't do anything. And I have already contacted you guys multiple times via phone and email. I stopped getting replies as soon as it came time to actually take accountability on your end. Avoid this company at all costs. Low quality products, shady practices, zero customer service. Cost us thousands of dollars because their flooring was terrible and apparently there was a lawsuit for our exact flooring which they did not even bother notifying us for. Zero response from customer service and we had to pay multiple times to get the flooring fixed. Will never use them again and will never recommend them. Save your money and go elsewhere."
