"I was looking all over for a quick connect adapter for my dishwasher, couldn't find it anywhere. Went to different places and no luck. Ended up giving this ACE HARDWARE A TRY AND GOD WAS I BLESSED WITH JOE. HE HELPED ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND NOT ONLY HE FOUND IT BUT HE SAVED ME TROUBLE FOR GOING ANYWHERE ELSE TO FIND IT. THANKS TO JOE AND THE STAFF HERE I WAS ABLE TO GO HOME AND HOOK UP MY MACHINE. GIVE JOE A RAISE PLEASE HE DESERVES IT."

"Everybody that works there are truly beautiful employees greet you at the door eager to get what you need they know exactly where the product is or they will order for you.. the mgrs Edie and owner Kman are crazy cute and can make your big problem seem so little once you tell them what's wrong.. and make you family before you leave the store;also all the cashiers are adorabley cute and when they ask do you wanna round it off and donate say yes..."

"KMAN is the store owner - he has the worst customer service. I came to return an item and flat out said he wouldn’t return when it’s been less than a week, new un open item and I have my receipt. Since I didn’t buy it from his store he wouldn’t return - flat out! KMAN needs more training and learn that customers makes business thrive! I will never come back to this location. KMAN could not show me their store return police and guidelines. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Extremely low customer service. It’s a shame since I buy a lot from ACE hardware, just won’t be bring my business to this site. Hope Corporate see this message and re-trains KMAN on how to treat customers. Store#17508. - also, staff need more better training (no body was able to address any of my other simple questions) - no expertise at this location - once again KMAN very unprofessional and very bad customer service."
