"Today (10/5) I went to lowes to get blinds and a wall repair/sparkling kit. I had gone to home depot the day before for the same thing and left very frustrated with the treatment from their staff there, almost in tears. There was two women at your store working in the paint department who helped me to find out what blinds matched what I brought in/cut to the size I needed- I cannot explain how relieved I was with their helpfulness and care. When they finished and I left to try and find my other item (and having no idea where it was), two other employees saw me not 30 seconds later and asked if I needed help and showed me exactly where to find it. The care continued even to self check out with someone else asking if I needed any assistance. I left feeling so impressed and happy, definitely a loyal lowes customer now; excellent customer service and overall kindness. Thank you!!"
