"Called a handyman out to help with my broken gutter. I asked when they were next available, and they told me tomorrow morning. They had a two hour minimum fee, so I decided to find more for the handyman to do. They sent out the toughest looking guy I'd ever seen, a dude named James that looked like he would win a wrestling match with a tractor. While he was here, he fixed my toilet assembly, caulked the master bath, secured the gutter better than it had ever been, and even fixed the cabinet door that we had presumed was a lost cause. While he was doing all of this, he explained everything clearly, and made wonderful recommendations for tools and services he used. I am now considering picking up a shop vac he recommended, because it looked like a high quality product. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience!"

"I’m very happy with my serviceman, Ray! He came before the appointment time and once he saw the problem with my back door issue, he immediately knew the issue. He was very through in his diagnosis and repair requirements. I bought the door from Home Depot. Their contracted installer did a very sloppy job on the installation. So Ray was very helpful in his explanation of the problem and fixed it perfectly! I have a special needs son and it’s so important that the door is working properly and Ray totally understood the problem and fixed it. I’m so happy with not only the service but the performance as well. Having a year warranty of the work is well worth the money for the job performed. I highly recommend Ace Handyman and will contact them again for future jobs….especially to have Ray come back out.
