"I had to replace a hard-to-find faucet stem for my 99 year old grandfather's kitchen faucet. Time was of the essence and I tried the big box stores, called four different plumbing supply stores, visited one plumbing wholesaler and they couldn't figure out what I needed. This was the only business in Houston that had the part I needed and it took only a few minutes to speak with someone on the phone to hold it for me so that I could drive 40 minutes to pick it up. Thank goodness they are open till 6. They were the easiest and fastest folks that I spoke with while searching for this part and a life-saver!"
"I bought a grill at ACE Hardware today. First of all, it came with a bag of pellets and a cast iron grate for free! What a deal! However, their incredible service was what I really wanted to talk about. It turned out the grill wouldn't fit in my car. The gentlemen in the back decided to deliver the grill to my house in a very timely manner. They didn't have to do it. I am so grateful and so impressed. They went above and beyond their duties. A big thank you to them!"
