"I came to this shop today and they usually are very nice here. But today I found out that they charged me almost 7 dollars in extra fees on my debit card and when I mentioned this to them they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. I think this is very bad for business charging more money on people cards for services instead of charging exactly what the fee is."
"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went in on 11/10 and got a full set with gel polish. I paid $70. Three days later, 2 of my nails were lifting. I went in on 11/15 to have them replaced. The next morning 2 of my nails were lifting and 1 was cracked. I had those fixed on 11/16. On 11/18 I was making my bed and 3 more nails fell off (2 of them were the nails repaired on 11/15). I took them all off and went somewhere else to have them done. There are amazing nail salons in Humble, but this is not one of them. Please go elsewhere."
"I enjoyed it here. My services where short but good. I didn't get the lady name whi serviced me. She gave my babies a lollipop and they were happy lol. She multitask just right. I will be back to support again. My baby like her toes as well. Thanks Orchid"
