"I've been to several different types of events at this location. Home and garden show, corporate events, and the monthly Fort Bend County foreclosure auction. It is functional and clean and what you would basically expect from a fairground type location. Extremely large parking lot so it can be a challenge to find the building if you don't know exactly where you're going."

"We went there yesterday to the Fort Bend County Fair Rodeo. The fairgrounds are really easy to get around. All the little food and drink trucks are set up in easy reach. There are lots of them so you don’t have to wait long. They don’t all charge exactly the same prices. The actual ground is pretty even so you don’t trip over. The big buildings are beautifully built and well air conditioned. Most of the animals were inside under cover too. I would say this is a great place to go to a county fair."
"Very nice .... The fair was a mini-Houston Rodeo in October. Foods were reasonably priced & good. Exhibits, displays were quite informative. I thoroughly enjoyed myself & had tons of fun!"
