"Last 3 times we have been one person didn't get anything, dry hamburger buns, haphazardly thrown together hamburger, very hard to watch 7 yr old granddaughter with tears rolling down her face because she didn't get her dinner. By the time we finally got it for her everyone else was through and it was just bad. Will never trust whataburger drive thru again and certainly not this location. do they not train the employees? And I really don't enjoy the reduced size of the hamburger meat, you have to buy a 13$ burger to get what we use to get."
"We drove through. I haven't eaten at a Whataburger for many years. I used to love the hamburgers there, but when I had one recently, it wasn't as good as I remember. This location is very good, but the new hamburger is not. I am sure it was a corporate decision on the quality of the meat."
"I only continue to order at this location because it is the closest to me. The last 3 orders I placed using the app have been incorrect! They take 10-20 minutes longer than quoted in the app. The orders are consistently wrong. A family member also order a week ago and was missing part of their order."
"Atmosphere isn't their fault. Food is great. The guy who helped me out was amazing and courteous. Prices are high, but more appropriate than other places. I usually get the patty melt, but I'm also a sucker for any special they have usually."
"We waited almost an hour tonight for 2 combos and a kids meal, and then almost every item we ordered had some kind of issue. I assume they're under staffed, but there seemed to be a decent amount of employees so who knows. Will NOT be returning to this location. The convenience of it being close to home is far outweighed by the lousy service."
