"I bought a battery with a 3 year warranty on 8/21. My battery went bad and i tried to go replace it and they “can’t find it in the system under my number”. i’ve had the same number for years and is the only number i use for any parts i buy. now i can’t use my warranty and have to pay $200 again. Somebody isn’t doing their job and it cost me, save yourself a headache. Not the first time this has happened at this exact store."
