"Very slow. Took 15 minutes to even see the waitress. Took another 15 minutes to get drinks that were incorrect. The place was slow, very few customers, and staff was busy talking and laughing more than waiting on customers. The lady in the store was excellent. The white gravy was like water. The chicken fried chicken was dry. I love cracker barrel and have been to them all across the country, but the one in Rosenberg, tx, was terrible comparatively. Might be better when competent managers are present. Eat at your own risk. Food was still above average, but not cracker barrel standards. Also, many tables were full of plates and not cleaned off the entire visit."

"Traditional atmosphere. If you've been to one, they are the same. What makes the difference is the staff. Greet staff was good. Waiter was distant and did not visit the table except to perform a function, or if He walked past the table. Food was flavorful and tasty. Ground steak was good and the loaded baked sweet potato was the bomb!"

"Ordered biscuits and gravy curbside after surgery. Thats all I wanted. Came from surgery, picked it up curbside and got home and they didn't include the gravy. Called to inform them and spoke to a person who said they'd check. They put me back at the starting prompt and had to tell the story again. They proceed to tell me manager triple checked our order and there is nothing they can do about it except offer a discount next time. All I wanted is for is my biscuits and gravy after surgery, and they are telling me I'm lying and the gravy was put in the bag. Moral of the story is to check your bag before you leave otherwise your screwed. Since I can't drive post-op. I had to buy my order again through Uber eats. Management needs to get their head on straight."
