"I had heard a lot of good things about this place so thought of giving it a try. I drove all the way to Mansfield to meet the owner to talk about my project requirements. We discussed it and I sent him the design as a follow up for him to send me estimates/quotes to move forward. Weeks and months passed but I never heard back from them despite several follow up calls, emails, text messages. There is something about owing a business and delivering the desired customer service just by being responsive even if the answer is a "no" or "not interested" or "cant do it" to a customer. Unfortunately, not many businesses realize this and often lose good customers. Responsiveness is a key to earn a good name in the long run even though the response is not necessarily in the favor of the customer. Estimations are the most basic of all business activities and for a company this size in the DFW area to not be able to do that effectively is not in good taste. Gone are those days when customers were considered Kings!"
