"Wow. Super rude employee in the masonry area. I’m picking out sealant and he comes over yelling aisle closed. The aisle was open on my end. No machines in sight. I said it was open I just need some things - along with another man picking out sealant. The employee yelled again the aisle is closed. I said can I have 1 minute and he yells no aisle is closed. I said fine I’ll go spend my $200 at Lowe’s bye! The other guy put his stuff down too and walked out. How hard is it to say can I help you because we need to close this aisle. Seriously !?!?"

"Really liked this store, until I tried to place online orders. Goodness gracious! I spent forever being sent from person to person, department to department. Still didn’t get to order my part."

"Trying to get your husky lifetime warranty replacements at this location is a nightmare. Lady kept asking where did it say lifetime on the receipts and kept showing her it says it on the front of the package. Even then the website clearly says no receipts no problems. I thought husky was a home Depot brand so why do I have to jump through hoops for a $16 tool. Never had this problem elsewhere"

"Piper in the paint department was so helpful with me choosing paint and stain colors. I went with the cracked pepper Dynasty eggshell enamel paint for my bedroom accent wall and it is so beautiful, and I went with dark walnut Behr stain for a project and it matched perfectly, she was so helpful and very warming, she is so very sweet, made me feel so good that she really was into helping me chose my paint. 100% great customer service"

"The shopping at Home Depot was fine but when I came back out to my van I couldn't get in my van because of this person couldn't park correctly. My ramp lowered right next to his truck and I couldn't get my wheelchair on the ramp due to him parking so far over the lines and so messed up. I had the store page the owner of this Chevy but I still ended up having to wait over 15 minutes, and when he finally came out there his comment was " You can't get into your car, my bad." He parked in a disabled parking spot and had a temporary window tag but he sure could walk just fine from what I could see. But that ain't my business. Just the fact that people don't have any consideration for others and I have stickers on the back of my van and on the side where the ramp are stating I need extra room to load my wheelchair. Plus I couldn't ask anyone to move my van because my wheelchair goes in the driver's position so there isn't a seat for anyone else to drive my van to have moved it out. So instead I had to waste my time waiting on this person to find his time to get done, again. This happens all the time to disabled people in wheelchairs, and no one really stands up for us, and it just gets old when the persons doing this don't care at all!!!!! So yeah I'm a little upset but I'm going to leave it in God's hands and still ask God to Bless this poor soul and help him have more consideration for others, and his own family as well, in Jesus name. AMEN."
