"I bought a box of wood screws that roughly 50% had the drive face strip out before the fastener was seated properly. When I contacted the company, Eric Notari promised me he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me promptly with resolution. I was then thoroughly ignored for months. Resolution has yet to be realized."
"UPDATE: Just got a reply apologizing for the shortage on first shipment with the second half being shipped in short order. Recently ordered some shade 14 welding lenses from this company. While the lenses appear to be in good shape and the exact product I requested there is an issue with the quantity that was shipped. I only received half of my order even though I was billed for my entire order and have been given no notice of any second shipment or delay in the fulfillment of my order. This hasn't stopped them from continuing to send me their spam emails though despite repeatedly unsubscribing from their mailing lists."
"Their website vs. actual company are two different things. So if the website says its in stock, mostly likely it's a lie. I've had items on order that showed in stock are still on backorder for 10 weeks. I've even called their customer service group and they only make excuses. Find another supplier, don't waste your time."
"Excellent custommer service over the phone. Website is very detailed with manufacturer's part numbers which is helpful. Shipping delays were reasonnable and order trackin quite practical. If you order from Canada keep in mind minimal brokerage fees are quite substantial. Have your own broker or order big quantities all at once. Overall I am very satisfied with AFT and would order from them again."
