"This hardware store is a hidden gem! I was driving by and saw the ACE Hardware sign and decided to stop in. I was in desperate need of some pellets for my Camp Chef WiFi 24 smoker and was dreading another trip to Home Depot. As I walked up and down the aisles, I was pleasantly surprised to see many items that I didn't know they carried. Not only did they have the pellets I wanted but but they had many flavors to choose from. The woman behind the counter was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If you're in the market for some things and don't want the hassle of a big box store, come on by this ACE hardware and pick up what you need. You'll be glad you did. Well that's my time. PEACE!"
"Had to get some keys made from Lowes and Home Depot that were not cut right. I went to Ace and a lady named lavonne went out of her way and had those keys fixed for me. Should've came here from the start! Very hard to find employees that go out their way to fix a mistake they didn't even start! Ace is very lucky to have her!"
"ACE has has revamped the store to make it more customer friendly. Rather than have a bunch of aisles in front of you when you walk in, the store is now open and inviting. ACE is showcasing the grilling section and outdoor entertainment is front and center in a n open area with great vignettes of patio and deck equipment. Close at hand is a very broad selection of grilling seasonings and sauces as well as every grilling tool that the avid barbecue god could want to see. The pleasant surprise is that the pricing is on par with the big box players plus you get the help of any of ACE's incredible associates. They really care that you get what you came for and are always ready to help or explain new tools or gadgets that you run across. Finally there is a real warmth about ACE that seems to be missing from big box retailers."
"Something happened to this store over the last year. Everyone that really knows hardware has left. The whacky layout of the store is even bizarre. The checkout lines are not thought out. They have an abundance of new clueless kids running checkout everyday. If you have to ask them for help, they can't even point to the numbers on the isles. Add one star for the member teaser deals and craftsman inventory."
