"I called and a representative came out and took measurements for three mirrors with black frames for three restrooms. An estimated timeframe was given for installation. After a month or so the product arrived and an installation appointment was scheduled. A couple of guys came out to install the mirrors, but only put trim at the bottom of the mirrors. My husband told them, we requested and were quoted for frame around the perimeter of all three mirrors. The installers removed the bottom trim and left. I called to find out why were they not giving me what I am being charged for and the receptionist apologized. We waited three more weeks for the black trim and I must say, I was dissatisfied with the finished look. The trim was thin and many of the angles did not connect. I called to share my concerns and the receptionist was rude and very condescending. She said, well what do you want, a discount? I will never do business with them again, not because of the initial dissatisfaction with installation nor the time it took, but because of the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and care from the receptionist."

"I have called them many many times to get them to come for measuring for a replacing a store front project! It is 3 months and at least 4 different times that I called them, and they haven’t even bother to call back once and acknowledge anything, or just say we don’t have time to do your project! I hope another company with better customer service opens up in Lubbock soon!"

"Very disappointing we had hail damage and want to replace all the window with a better insulating product Horizon Glass was recommended we did not know if we should replace the entire window and frame or just panels, The tech came out i explained the problem with both heat and cold, he told me the panels would make a huge difference. It took 5 trips over 2 months to get the job done the installers kept breaking the panels or did not have the supples. A trail trash, and broken glass were left through out the yard after each visit. Once complete i immediately noticed it was considerably colder and drafter. I went by to pay my bill and the receptionist informed me the windows installed would not help with cold. How could she know this and the sales person not? She assured me the owner would contact me, no contact has been made. Overall poor service, no follow up, and product was extremely disappointing."
