"The paint I bought was Semi-gloss but as I started to paint it was flat even after the second coat. I went back in and the guy that sold it to me was not there so the young guys there painted a quarter size sample on a paper,not wood as mine, and it was glossy so instead of making the customer happy they scrutinized their sample and told me to bring in a cabinet door I painted. I decided that was not worth the time and trouble and got a satisfactory paint and great customer service at Kelley-Moore."
"Bought some of the peel and stick samples to hold up to some brick and rock. Got colors way too light so asked to switch 2/5 out for a darker swatch. NOPE. Refused as they are “no refund/no return”. Can’t y’all just work with a customer? Not asking for any refund, just to change 2 colors. I will never buy paint from SW again."
"I bought all the paInt for the interior of my house from them. I wanted a satin finish on the walls, Holly told me I needed to paint the living room paneling with oil base semi-gloss. I took her word for it and hated the semi-gloss. I wanted a satin finish on all my walls. Don't let her advise you. Other than that they got my paint ready very quickly and the prices was good."
"Great customer service! I didn't catch the cashier's name that helped but it was around 6:15pm today. She was very knowledgeable about the paint I was trying to match and also helped carry the gallons to my car!"
"Bought 1 gallon for $32 needed another of exact paint later in the week and charged $56. Asked why and response was must of given better discount. Had to go to one store to get gallon back to another to get it mixed. Poor answers and poor customer service. If your not an contractor you get screwed. Public is $79 a gallon, Contractor $32."
