"We bought wood and they didn’t have anything that I needed except for 2x4. The 2x4 are poor quality compared to Home Depot wood, almost every piece of wood had water damage and was splintering everywhere and most of the pieces of wood were unusable and had to be trashed. It took almost 2 hours just for them to find the pieces of wood we paid for and then more time after that to get it loaded. I do NOT recommend buying wood here. The service was good but the wood products are the worst I’ve seen and being sold for the same price as the good wood from Home Depot!!! Save your money and time and just go to Home Depot"

"All I can say is WOW!!! These people have no knowledge about construction and know nothing about hardware. The military discount is worthless. Better to just go to Home Depot or Lowe's. No savings of time or money is worth the aggravation.."

"Rude and unfriendly staff. Not a single person spoke to me once while I browsed the store. I came in to see what this new store close to my house had to offer in electrical material. As I am a local electrical contractor. They do have a few good useful parts here, but the staff seemed very miserable. They weren't even busy, I was the only customer in the store at one point. They did, however, walk by me a few times, giving me mean looks like I was gonna take something. Not sure what's going on here at this store, but I feel like yall need to work on actually speaking to your customers. Maybe try, "Can I help you find anything today?" I don't know if I'll be coming back here. I'll just make the longer drive to Home Depot."

"The floor is saturated with employees to help find anything and everything you’re looking for! Thankful for a hardware/home goods store on the Southern side of Lubbock."

"Very friendly and they were very knowledgeable. I really liked shopping here for my tools. The products are good quality and fairly priced. I recommend going and taking a look for your self."
