If I had an accident I would have had to sue this company. I’m looking for new insurance now. Not a happy customer."

"I love the website, it's easier to use (and it was pretty easy before). Your rates are pretty great considering that if you never have use your insurance, it's a straight expense. You guys make that easier to deal with. I think I've had to use insurance 4 times in 40 years, (someone egged my truck, some road work being done did some minor damage, someone dropped a 2 x 4 from their truck on the interstate that hit my car and a deer jumped in front of me on the highway) so I know the feeling of paying for something that you might rarely if ever use. Thanks for all you do and having such reasonable costs. Bob Wine"
