"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently moved to the area and was worried about where I could take my vehicle for maintenance. It’s always stressful not knowing where to go in a new area. Well, the time quickly approached for my vehicles next service. Two of my friends/neighbors recommended Miller’s Tire & Auto, and I trust those two friends very much. So today I decided to go give Miller’s a try. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and it was excellent customer service from start to finish! I stayed to wait for my car and it was a very clean waiting area. Again, if I could give more stars I would! Excellent & honest place. Highly recommend!"
"This place completely saved us today!! On our way home from Michigan to Atlanta we realized something wasn’t quite right with our car. We had called 6-7 tire places and no one in Kentucky really seemed to give us the time of day but we called millers and the gentleman on the phone was so empathetic and immediately made sure we were okay and told us to come on! Some of the greatest customer service all 3 of us had ever seen and just how quick our service was performed and his honesty really made this place stand out!"
"I made an appointment yesterday to have two tires installed. They told me to drop it off at 9:30am, so I did. They took SEVEN HOURS to install two tires. They just don't respect customers time. If they did, they would schedule actual appointment and provide timely service. I will go elsewhere in the future."
