"2nd time using this place for an oil change, after about 500 miles noticed an oil spot in the driveway. The issue ended up being that they didn’t tighten my oil filter drain bolt tight enough and it came about halfway out (my vehicle takes a paper filter replacement). Thankfully I caught it before it came all the way off and dumped my engine oil going down the road thus destroying my engine. I’m sure like all places it would be an absolute fight to get them to admit wrong doing and getting an engine replaced. Buyer beware."

"My daughter's a student at EKU and needed to have her car battery looked at. I called and spoke to Jackie about our situation and asked if they would allow me to pay over the phone since I did not live close. He was wonderful... kept in touch with me every step of the way, sometimes even with his personal cell phone. He truly went above and beyond to help us out! Would definitely recommend!"
