The guy that waited on us was very sweet and got me in as a walk in we was in and out quick I was able to take my mother in law and husband to an appt and run get my oil changed and was back in no time to pick them up. "Got a flat driving down the freeway 5 hours from home. They did not have my size tire in stock. They called around and found my tire so I was able to still get home the same day. Very friendly and personable as well."

"Terribly disappointed. Dropped my 2006 Honda Civic, with 200k miles on it that I paid $2500 for, off back in September and had oil change and headlights worked on as they were out. They replaced the bulbs for $280. I was sick at my stomach over the price but I accepted it as the work was completed and they "replaced the high end bulbs that were already in place " according to them. Fast forward to today, 4 months later and the right dimmer is out. Per the invoice "Meineke parts and labor warranty is 12 months or 12k miles". I called and asked about replacing that bulb, after 4 months and about 4k miles, and I was informed it was not part of the warranty. Nothing i can do except accept the fact that I should have went to Miller Tire like I normally do. Meineke has the best price on oil changes, especially since this car is basically just my work car, but never again. I know in the long run, them losing my oil change business will never make a difference in their profits but I would be ashamed if I pulled this stunt. First almost $300 to replace lights on a car that is barely worth that amount and then refusing to honor the warranty they advertise. You suck Meineke of Richmond!!"

"These guys were a lifesaver! … Heading from Ohio down into Kentucky for a weekend of fun! Stopped for gas and when leaving the brake pedal in the ole Tahoe went to the floor due to a ruptured brake line. Called this service center Friday @ 1pm and was told to Bring it on over.. Limped it there, got a work order written / in the shop and diagnosed within 20 minutes and fixed / back on the road within a couple hours! 5 star service and a huge help.. made it to the destination a few hours behind but we still made it! Thanks again!"
