"Love the boots, but the service is awful. Was looking at the boots earlier tonight, nobody else at the store. Told my son that I wanted to buy a particular boot, the clerk just looked away and walked to the counter and ignored us. She did tell us "bye" as we walked out. They need to see how Tecovas trains their folks."
"I really wanted to like their boots, but their toe boxes are incredibly pointed and small. And they don't have wide sizes available for the ones I was interested in. I don't even wear a wide usually. Their boots are just way too narrow and uncomfortable."

"Walked in and wasn’t greeted, but the people that walked in right after me were. I browsed around and was never once offered help, again the other people were. I walked right past 2 employees and it’s like if I wasn’t even there. Maybe next time if there is a next time I’ll go dressed up with my cowboy hat, exotic boots, and maybe then they’ll acknowledge me since this time I was wearing basketball shorts and slides"
"About a month ago went into the store walked around for 10-15 minutes, had a few questions but not one employee even acknowledged us. There were two ladies standing near the entrance but yet they did not welcome us, they saw us as we walked in but continued chatting. As I observed other customers coming in that had light/white skin those were welcomed, other customers with brown/dark skin were not acknowledged either, your employees were picking and choosing who to greet. It is so sad to see a new establishment doing this!!! You’re employees need a profound training on courtesy and etiquette."
