"I have to say the owners are really awesome people and the dynamic they have with their live sales a couple of times a week is really cool and an amazing sale strategy. I was purchasing stuff very often since they sell really really cute different things that you don’t find everywhere and on the sales the prices can be unbeatable but I had a couple of issues when a purchase of $250 was never delivered to me and either the store or the shipping company had an answer for me so pretty much I lost my money after trying to find the package, I was sad but I let that one go. Then I purchased a bunch of other stuff and they have come with holes in them or have been breaking just trying them on, really poor quality on some really cute stuff so it really is a shame and since I am not in Texas I can’t really exchange or anything. Just make sure you examine the clothing pieces before you buy them."

"Southern Fuss staff greet customers with a friendly hello the minute they walk in the door. They are kind and helpful and take time with their customers. I had seen some bracelets I liked on their website. I went in and found that they were sold out, but they immediately offered to contact their vendor and try to order more. Then they followed up with texts and pictures to see what I wanted. They placed the order and had each one beautifully individually gift bagged and ready for me when I arrived. it's wonderful doing business with an outstanding new boutique in Friendswood."
