"I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied on the way Versona handles their online orders. Beware if you make one as you will be charged to return your item and required to also pay taxes on your shipping return label. The entire process of a refund is incredibly slow and I have never dealt with so many fees and a refund that takes up to 60 days! Will definitely not ever place an order again."
