"I went to Catos Friendswood today. The two women that were working do not need to be working with the public. Very rude . I picked up a blouse and looked in the mirror and she screamed at me and told me I couldn't do that. Its kind of hard to shop if you can't touch the merchandise. The one behind the counter than made a very rude remark. I will never shop this store again. My money spends anywhere. After reading these reviews I see other people have met your employees."

"I had to return something. Got there at 4:52 pm, they close at 5:00. I had PLENTY OF TIME to run in there. I saw the lady run to the door to lock it and the lights turned off. Why say you close at 5 pm when you clearly didn't! I'm so upset! I will never go to that store again, NEVER! It kind of felt like they ran to the door because I’m Hispanic, I wonder if they would of stayed open for a white person. Mad! It's 5 pm now and I had plenty of time to write this review and post it!"

"Lots of good quality clothing with many selections in various sizes. The ladies that work there were very helpful. I love this place because it’s way easier to get my nice clothes without having to fight mall traffic."

"Not very friendly. Only seemed to talk to customers that are an older generation. I'm 32, but the older lady seemed to be more helpful and engaging with women her own age. I was pretty much ignored and didn't get help while she was putting things away unless I specifically asked for it. I believe I'll shop elsewhere from now on."
