"I have never found so many clothes in one shopping trip! I'm talking about an entire wardrobe! To make it even better, everything was 30% off as an Insider! Both myself and my husband left with huge smiles on our faces. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful finding sizes in the back, as well!"

"On Xmas Eve I had an event to go to which required me to wear a black suit. Unfortunately, the airline lost my luggage that same morning. From IAH I called their store in Baybrook Mall, explained what happened, told them what I needed, and gave them my sizes. I was skeptical during my 45 min Uber ride down there that they would have any of it ready or available since the holiday shopping was in full force that day. When I arrived at the counter the sales rep who I spoke to had a full suit down to the shoes ready and hanging for me. I was even able to wear it out and go straight to the event with 5 mins to spare. Very Thankful!!! Happy Holidays everyone!"

"Customer service was horrible. I ordered a pair of jeans online and I loved the fit but they were just a little snug, so I decided to return them for a size up. The Asian cashier was not helpful to me and was more friendly and helpful to the first two ladies before me( wonder why...)and stated "I can give you your money back" when she didn't see my size in a particular style online, instead of directing me to a similar style.I said "No, I actually want a pair of jeans from here. I like the way they fit me. She did not try to help me whatsoever.No one really helped, just stood around talking and when I did ask for help they just pointed to tables. Customer service has went down the drain at this store . I will not visit this location ever again because of treatment of the employees. People spend too much money there for employees to not help customers find with they are looking for."

"I LOVE shopping at Express! All the worker's are so encouraging when I find a dress and need a second opinion and also so helpful in getting the right size if not on the floor!
