"Inconsistent communication. Agreed to have two zippers changed on a backpack for 40$ or one for 35$, I agreed to do both since it was only a small price difference, picked up bag with only 1 zipper. Guy claimed we only agreed on one even though he had wrote down 40$ after we agreed to do 2. Bag was also damaged. Wouldn’t recommend this place."

"I sent my Eagle Creek bag into these folks bc it was so old that the rubber was falling off the wheels (in pieces.) I mailed it on a Monday and got it back the following Friday!! I thought it was going to take 8 weeks! They did a beautiful job, and the bag is like new now. Thank you!"

"They told me yeah we can fix your shoes. I had to take it back three times the third time they wanted to charge me over $100 to do what I asked him to do in the first place. I know all businesses are in there to make money. Be aware I’m a senior citizen fix budget."

"Outstanding customer service! These folks worked diligently to remove water spots from some boots for a customer of mine. (A VERY picky customer.) They initially quoted a very reasonable price for reconditioning and promised them back in just three days. The boots were ready on time and I felt like they did a great job, but the customer was not completely satisfied. When I returned them, these folks quoted me for re-dying the boots instead as the reconditioning process was exhausted at this point. Again, extremely reasonable pricing. I just picked the boots up and they look amazing! To top it off, they took into account the service I previously paid for and adjusted the price, without asking. That’s integrity. Honest, fair, and timely service. (I will note that a competitor originally quoted more than 6x their price and gave me a three week time frame.) Don’t play around; use these guys and get it done right for the right price the first time. Thanks, y’all!"
