"NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!! All the reviews with no comment and hogh star ratings must be fake reviews after what i experienced and witnessed. Wow, i have never seen such horrible customer service before literally being rushed out the store an having my child listen to a manager named valerie being disrespectful and curse to a customer who also was rushed out. She was a pregnant employee who stated to him he should of got here earlier if he wanted to shop around. So inappropriate and unprofessional. We barely moved to the neighboorhood and usually always go to dollar general however missed the entrance so decided to try family dollar and witnessed this situation. So uncalled for. Wow.! Will never return to this location. With a well fully developed child on the way u would think a womens vocabulary would be more child appropriate. I never leave reviews however this had to be heard. Unbelievable dont go here at anytime near closing unless you are prepared to be rushed out and cursed at. Especially if u have children."
"Love the convenience & employees of this location. They have almost everything. The best part is the staff, 2 of the main employees have been there for years & it is a homely experience. I hope family dollar corp. realizes the value of 2 long term employees & appreciates them."
"If I could give this store no star I would. I have never been so disappointed to walk in to a family dollar store. It was extremely dirty and nothing was stocked. There is no necessity for two cashiers to be behind the register when there is no line with customers. One of the cashiers should be stocking or at least front facing not just standing around or talking to her coworker."
