"The store is very clean in appearance. The cashier was friendly and the bagger was so quick. )I blinked and my groceries were bagged) Unfortunately the 1 Star rating comes due to the Deli at HEB and the unprofessional response of the employee. I noticed that some packages of bread had been opened and when I asked an employee about this he said, We can't control what customers do? Wow okay!! But you should remove the open packages of bread Right? Then I went to the Deli, a very nice lady sliced me a lb. of Boars Pepper edged smoke turkey. However the guy handling the cheese slicer kept touching his face while slicing the cheese. "Ah Yuck", Employee don't do that while you're handling the cheese,it's Called Cross Contamination.( HEB needs to retrain him on food safety guidelines)"

"I was there today around 5:00 pm I was at register 18. The cashier Amber was super rude to me. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her. HEB prides themselves with good customer service. But this was the worst experience I have ever had at any HEB."

"This is for services departmen. I was trying to do simple money transfer, and nobody, including the manager, was able to help me. Not even trying to think a little. They just said nothing can be done. Zero help. I was able to do it before at the same place, and i did it a cross the street without any problem in 2 minutes. Please educate your staff."

"Went to my usual HEB on Culebra &1604 that I have been going to for 4 years. Basically, since I moved to the area. Always a good experience. Unfortunately, not today. It was very upsetting. Especially since it was from my own. I noticed when I was doing self-check the attendant behind me watching me. When I was almost done, she asked me if I needed help checking out my Valentine's Day balloons. I told her I had already checked them out. I tried to scroll down on the screen to show her. She said I couldn't go back to the top. All the while, I could tell by the look on her face that she didn't believe me. I told her I would show her my receipt when I was done. When I was done, I waited for her to finish with a customer, and I showed her. Of course, she looked to make sure. I didn't see her question other customers. I felt like she was racially profiling me. The thing is, we were both Hispanic. That is what made me even more upset. I don't like my integrity being questioned. I'm never going back to that HEB again. I'm going to Walmart reluctantly now."
