"I ship the store on Bandera rd and 1604. Have made several purchases at this location and have never had an issue. I am a retail manager as well and this location has awesome customer service and they work to have satisfied customers. The public can be hard to deal with considering we live in a helpless "me" generation and from what I have seen this location does a great job with their customer service."
"Online ordered pants at 9am came in at 4pm to pick up, told it wasn’t pulled to the front for pickup and had to grab it myself. When I went to find it there were no more in the size that I ordered online. Went back to the front desk and was told that if I didn’t find it on the floor, it’s not there and to cancel my order. The online pick up worker was extremely dismissive and seemed annoyed to even be working. Extremely disappointing and unhelpful. Restrooms were also extremely filthy, missing toilet paper in 2 stalls and smeared poop on the floor."
"It’s truly not fair to be a bigger person. I’m in great physical shape. So it’s not anything I’ve done to myself. Just want for once to be able to buy the same things as everyone else. I’m horribly irresponsible with my spending so it’s only the businesse’s loss. My stats are; 6’-4” 280lbs 38”W 36”-38”L shoe 15-16US men’s."
