"I come to this store all the time and see the same cashier's and are usually nice but today was different the girl was on her phone and just started scanning things attitude like no other. I told her the ad said they were 2 for 6 and she said you probably need the app. I was like no I don't thinks so but I will go check right after you cash me out. She seem she didn't want to take of me. I went to go check and it sure did say 2 for 6 and I didn't have to have the ad. I am in customer service and I know what it's like dealing with people but if you have a attitude first and don't want to be here then fine someone where else to work. Sorry not sorry"

"I had a unfortunate day at this horrible family dollar.I was a swamper with a driver unloading items at family dollars. The first store 5302 ave q, the manager there was very friendly helpful and professional and we got the job done nice and easy without any issues. Second family dollar 305 50th Street very friendly helpful and professional we got the job done nice and easy without any issues Me and the driver were a little slow unloading considering it was our first day with no training but other than that worked out great Third family Dollar Martin Luther King boulevard was a living hell! The manager there had an attitude the minute we got there was very disrespectful didn't want to help us one bit we had no training at this didn't know how to set the rollers up she wouldn't help us and kept saying rude comments. What I want to know is there's bad reviews of the same kind on this family Dollar about a person being rude and has an attitude hang up the phone on people I'm pretty sure it's the same lady why is she still working there? She started arguing with me and she expected me and the driver to do pretty much all the work when we were only told to do it a certain amount of work and then they are supposed to do their part at the family Dollar she wasn't really wanting to do her part. Extremely unprofessional and it made the experience here as a worker very bad I would really hate to go there shopping and have to deal with her. But she did say God bless you be safe and be careful when we left but that was after she made the 4 hour experience there a living hell. And for the record I see a bunch of reviews on here that says nice place great and clean I'm guessing those are fake because when I went in that family Dollar it was nothing nice to eat about it filthy and dirty.I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate the way that being the driver was treated."

"I went to the family dollar at 8:40 as i was walking up a woman locked the doors and told me they can close at 8:45 because saftey reasons but the sign and website said 9:00. As I asked about the her manger and the hours she cuagjt a rude and loud tone with me claiming were tires of getting robbed bit I dont belove they ever been robbed at this location here. Basically she saying she scared to be in the store at the hours od closing but if thats the case i feel lile she shouldnt be cosimg or even be at the loctaion if yu cannot work correctly ."
