"These barbers are extremely rude! I took my son there and had a horrible experience. I am no Karen but if I am choosing to give you my hard earned money, I at least expect a “Hi” as we walk in…. Nothing! We had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes to be seated. A man walked in and asked if they took walk-ins. One of the barbers said “Nope” very rudely. Then, they debated (in front of everyone) on who they take first walk-ins or an appointment? Do these people not know that the growth of their business depends on customer satisfaction? Treat others as you would like to be treated!"

"Barber Lounge is a clean establishment. The environment is family friendly and maintains tactful conversations. The staff is always respectful and prompt with scheduled appointments. Ernest takes care of me. He provides top notch customer service. I appreciate Ernest fading skills and his ability get me clean crisp lining, without leaving scratches and scabs days later. His attention to beards is impeccable. I also would like to shout out Joe. Joe provided service to me before in Ernest absence. Joe is really good too. He shows great attention to detial and is patient to make sure he gets it right. I appreciated how he check in with me throughout my cut to make sure he was providing what I was seeking. I would recommend the shop. Due to my work schedule I wish they had later hours on Saturdays."

What i love is i don't need to tell him how to cut me up he remembered since cut 2. Great guys like i said. You'll be happy to make a barber long term like these guys."
