"I just had the worst experience in attempting to return a coat at this store. When I advised the store manager, Justin Torres, that I had only received a confirmation of shipment email and none with any barcodes to return he was extremely rude in his response as he would need to look the order up manually. He proceeded to advise me that one "had" to have been sent. When I advised him even the replacement coat I ordered did not send me an email with barcode I was told they are "working on a better system". The fact that it is an issue to do the job he willing signed up for is ridiculous. Customers should not be belittled. When I asked for the regional manager's information he refused to provide it and advised me to contact customer service. This is highly unacceptable and unfortunately I feel like I was just being discriminated against because he did not treat the woman behind me making a return in the manner I was. I was provided a store credit that I will never use based on the way I was treated. In calling customer support they have no way to assist you so I will be filing a complaint with the better business Bureau."

"I've come here twice in recent weeks on a Sunday. It was pretty much the same staff both times and they were all very friendly and helpful. They're constantly walking around helping all the customers and keeping the store in order. The prices are reasonable and had some pretty good sales. Nice selection of products from winter items, fishing, swimming, other outdoor sports, and just everyday clothes. Good shopping experience with friendly staff in a well-organized store."

"I went into the store on Friday and I have to say had the best customer service given to me. The store was so well organized, as well. I was greeted immediately when walking in the door. The manager, I believe his name was Justin was so professional and went above and beyond. I needed a gift for my husband and he pointed me in the right direction even when the store was super busy. I will definitely be going back just because of the customer service. Thank you to everyone working there for making my shopping experience quick, easy and enjoyable."
