"I am originally from Canada and now live in California. I wanted a real Texan cowboy hat that would fit both drastic weather. The owner Mike is a real old-school gentleman that guided me through the different styles and materials until I picked a beaver 5X black Rodeo King that looked awesome. He took the time to measure my head, steam the hat and morph it until it would look "perfect for ME". That's what impressed me the most, not only that I got a great hat but I ended up with a custom fit hat! Furthermore I told him about my Boulet boots (a French Canadian brand I was surprised he knew very well) that were hurting me. At no charge he measured my feet with his machines and gave me free advices on how to fix my boots. You can see that this man cares about his job, this is his life and he only aims to help people have a great hat and boot experience. The selection is a bit limited but if you are in town for a bit, he can order pretty much anything for you, custom it for you and ship it to your home. Next time I'm in San Antonio I'm going back to see my pal Mike so he can custom me some boots. You can trust this man, he's the original boots and hats tailor."

We traveled to Texas to get an authentic cowboy hat, and got what we wanted here! Mike had a great selection for us to choose from.
