"I always visit this store in Southlake since it's nearby where I live & my businesses, but today's experience (Jan 13th 2024 at around 3 p.m.) is beyond what I can usually tolerate, not only that they didn't greet us like they did to other people the same skin color as them (except for a sour smile by the girl in a baseball cap) the three of them at the register was looking in disgust n hateful at me n my daughter when we just entered the store n looked around, also they didn't bother to ask me to offer some help when I approached them to ask for the size, I finally asked one of them the shorter one & she looked for it then came back at me gave me the size I needed with forced talks coming out of her mouth & no smile or anything near how a salesperson supposed to be, the worst is when I was at the register to pay the taller girl didn't greet us at all like she just did to other customers in front of us which they all have the same skin color as hers, while I was counting my cash my daughter caught her looking at us in the most hateful glare, didn't say anything when I handed her the money!! And gave us our purchased items with a forced thank you, Wow!!! This store is probably has the most racist register associates we've ever been! Who do they think they are?? Think that they are all better than the rest of the general population who doesn't share the same pigment color as them??!! They really should go out & socialize a little in diversity & take an example from the nearest similar store like Altar'd State which has the most polite, friendly & mannered attitude toward others."

"Went in on April 24th, was not greeted or welcomed in—I was instead given looks up and down and my intention for coming in was to try on a new jumpsuit I had seen online. There were two other ladies in the store and I picked up the jumpsuit and was still not asked if I needed a fitting room, whereas the other two ladies were and I was right by one of them. I gave the two associates the benefit of the doubt and lingered right across from the cash register where they were and they still didn’t think to ask if I needed help or a room. I then go towards the fitting room and wait…nothing, so I pop over to them and ask if I could help myself to a fitting room and they of course say yes and nothing else. I felt so bad because I’ve never been treated this way. I love the Northpark and Plano locations where I’m always welcomed in, so this situation did make me get teary-eyed. I didn’t even try on and just put the items back and left. I thought later maybe it was because I had a free people bag in which I was carrying my jacket and they probably assumed it was a return? But regardless, I’m a manager at a premium denim store and I NEVER treat a customer like this even with a return—so it seemed as if it was a race thing. This location needs to be restructured, do better."

"I’ve been shopping at FP for years and I never experienced bad service at FP until I walked into the Southlake store. Nonetheless, there were three associates chatting-it-up by the register, ignoring all customers while all the dressing rooms were a mess. Good times!!!"
