"Seemingly ok materials in the composition of the boots, but the custom measuring is so far off it’s actually kind of ridiculous. Took 9 months to get a pair of boots in, and they don’t fit in ANY aspect of my foot from the custom measurements. The crowns are so tight, that I couldn’t even stretch them to fit even a little bit, and the vamp is so loose that I can’t find a sock thick enough to compensate for it. After waiting for so long to get them in, it’s not even worth taking a BRAND NEW pair of boots in for repairs, just to wait almost another year, in false hopes that they might be done correctly."
