"Dec 2023 Century Insurance still cannot return phone calls. I have called three times and have asked for information from Angie. I have just gotten off the phone with a person from another agency. Enough is enough; I am moving my business. If I could take my one star away, I would. Early 2023 I was a customer of Lisa Nickels for YEARS. In over 10 years of service, I had one problem. When Lisa heard of my problem, she called me directly and we worked it out. Today, I need a quote for a simple renter's insurance policy for my mother in the retirement home. Jay said he was sending my request to underwriting 5 days ago. He hasn't responded to emails for an update. I called an insurance company I don't like and got a quote over the phone. It is sad to think that CIA wants to have a customer calling their competition, but that is where I am at, calling around to get some renter's insurance for my mom. And maybe some auto and homeowner's insurance for myself. I miss you Lisa..."
