"Just took some passport photos at this place. First time, the photo resolution was really bad. The employee said it’s because he took the photo too far way. He said he can retake it closer and showed me a sample. It did look much better. So he started reprinting them. However, his colleague(Celia) was mean and very unfriendly. She said loudly to him that “Once you take the photo, there’s nothing you can do to modify and you are not supposed to cut the photos for her, she needs to do it herself”. Well, she didn’t even know the situation and she knew I could hear them. That’s just RUDE."
