"I received a call pushing my appointment 19 minutes later and due to traffic I was 8 minutes late for my refill. They made me sit for 8 more minutes just to tell me that they didn’t have time to do it today and I would have to reschedule. I’m going to dispute my membership payment and not go back again. Really 8 minutes late with no option but to reschedule. Awful customer service."

"If I could give negative stars I would. The glue they use doesn't last and when asked for a refund they stick a policy document in your face. It's a roll of a dice if you get a good stylists. I just feel like I've been robbed. They draft your account when they want to...... please go somewhere else. Don't use any Amazing lash studios. You will find other places does a better job. I just want my money back for my last visit as well as for the credit that's on my account. I will NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER READ THE REVIEWS UNTIL I HAD TO POST ONE. "I love how my eyelash extensions make my face come alive. My stylist, Ariana, is the absolute best. She is a perfectionist who is very detailed and precise about the quality of her work. I can say she is an artist who has perfected her craft. I wouldn’t go to anyone else."

Let me just say I’ve never had a bad experience..my favorite stylist is Emily .if you choose to go to this location please give her a try you’ll never be disappointed.if not then I honestly can say that all the stylists there know what their doing for sure ,I’m a long time member so I’ve tried everyone by now . "Let me start by saying, the staff is super nice at the Deerbrook location and I enjoy chatting with them. I got my lashes done here the 1st time on Dec 24th, 2017 (awesome that they were open) the young lady put SO much glue on my lashes you could feel it and if felt like part of my lid had glue on it. I did not return for a redo because I had already had that problem at the Atascocita location. I used oil for weeks trying to loosen the glue, to no avail. Finally I made an appt January 26, 2018, to have them removed by Amazing Lashes and paid $30. The young lady (Gabriella... I think) was surprised that I had gotten my lashes done there. She kept saying they feel weird. The lashes were .20 and very wiry. It took a very long time to remove the lashes even with THEIR eyelash remover. I returned the next day to have a full set done and before I could drive away I lost 3-4 lashes. Today is January 31, 2018 and I have had this set less than a week (5 days to be exact) and I have lost half of the lashes on my left eye and several on my right eye. I am going out of town tomorrow and I will have to use mascara or eyelash strips. I regret signing up for this membership and now I am having a hard time getting them canceled it. I requested a cancellation via email at the Atascocita location on December 22, 2017 and my card has been billed twice. It cost two credits=$120.00 to get a full set, even though a full set is $89. I was not initially informed of the $14 membership fee. I know for a fact I would not have signed up if I had known. I think Amazing Lashes product does not warrant the price. #veryDisappointed"
