"On January 1st, 2024 I came in for a acrylic toe fullset & left with both my big toes bleeding and was only offered a 10% discount ($5) even after the technician tried to use glue to stop the bleeding instead of sterilizing it. I will not be coming back."
"It was my first time here i came with my friend on a girls spa day. It is a beautiful salon and the massage chairs are great. Unfortunately i had a bad experience, hannah was doing my pedicure. She was very rough and seemed like she was in some sort of rush. She was exfoliating my feet and i kept telling her she was hurting me yet she didn’t stop being rough. She ended up cutting me with the file and said it was because “my skin was thin”. She just seemed like she was having a bad day and didn’t care."
"i went and got these frenchies & paid $55 . loved them and was excited i found a nice new nail shop . i went back 2 weeks later for a REFILL and was charged $45 for it . why is a refill so high for mediocre work i had to talk her down to $45 when she tried charging me $55 for the refill. will not be going back. THIS IS THE CORRECT NAIL SALON ON SAM HOUSTON IN THE PARKING LOT WITH CHILIS AND SMOOTHIE KING."
"Had a pedicure with Cherry she was patient kind and very good. Cleaned my cuticles well and the whole staff was very supportive of my emotional support pet. Played with her and got her water. Most places turn us away. As a newbie to Houston i will definitely be back! 5 stars"
