"Don’t buy the “promotions” they have. I bought 5 in last April and used it twice. I go back and they said I don’t have any left. They never expired so the other 3 mysteriously vanished. I went to pay the $14 and I was mad about not having my ones I already paid for. So I handed her a $20 and asked for change. Still was going to give a $2 tip but all of a sudden her cash drawer won’t open. I asked to pay by card and nope she couldn’t do that because she rang it up as cash. She asked if I could come back and no i couldn’t on my lunch break. Don’t try to call customer service there is none. Their website is a non working website that says it’s not a protected site that could steal your information. What kind of business are you guys running over here? 1/25/2024 at noon today. Take your money elsewhere."

"I went to this location just because it’s close to me but I usually go to the one in Willowbrook. Anyway. I got my chin and eyebrows threaded. It’s usually a little burning sensation to I didn’t think anything of it. But she completely cut me all up. It never stopped burning. Now I have to walk around with my neck and chin all cut up! It’s the first time this has ever happened. Never going back there again. Worst experience ever."

Even when I haven't been in a little while, she remembers exactly what I want. I stopped waxing my eyebrows bc they look so much better after I started seeing her here."

"I told the lady do not make them thin and leave my tail ends because I do not draw on my brows... she took off the entire end on the right and they were both thin. She asked me if I wanted her to fix them but how can she fix them if they are already thin. All she could do was take off the end on the left brow but I was not getting back in the chair to let her mess them up more than they already were. TERRIBLE! Then she still charged me the full amount no discount, no I'm sorry then looking at them like she don't see what I'm talking about. They so messed up even Stevie Wonder can see what I'm talking about. No offense to anyone but I'm angry. DO NOT waste your money going there you are better off doing them yourself."
