"Sheryl was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The office was clean and sanitary. However, it was the most painful Brazilian wax I had ever experienced. I’ve tried other places and have gone long periods without waxing but none were as painful as my experience here which even left me sore for a couple days which has never been the case. I believe it could have been a top notch experience but the pain was enough to make me not want to return."
