"I made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday got to my appt and she wasn't even here. I explained to the dumb lady what I wanted. First of all she had a very bad attitude when she walked so that set my tone already. When she started with the process with 3 braids it was awful. She took them out and I left not only did she make me pay for the hair she open. She doesn't know how to do hair she needs to practice more. Never again will I come to this place not good."

"I threw a Hail Mary on a Sunday when my usual braider canceled on me and I had already took out my first 2 rows for a touch up. I am not a walk-in kind of girl so I was scared to death. But, they got me in right away and the work was immaculate, fast, and friendly. They are pricey but I don’t mind paying for quality work and they only take cash so be prepared."
"Haven't had my hair up a good week and 12 braids came out. Smh, never again will I use this braid shop we pay all this money to get our hair done for it to fall out within 4 days. Goes to show they are about the money not the customer service not knowing that good customer service will keep the money flowing. My braids start coming out in 4 days that's horrible customer service and a waste of money for me never again. That was my first and last time"
